General Item Return Policy

We provide 14 days of free trial for all products. After placing an order, you will receive an email containing the shipment date and other details of your order. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. 

Please contact us before returning a defective item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.


Did your item arrive damaged, different, or not working

If so, you are protected and can make a claim; the procedure is down below.

1.Within 14 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
2.We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.

3. Once the return request is approved, we will refund or resend the item to you. You may also return the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be back to your original payment within 3-5 business days. 

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking fee charged to the consumers for the returning product.
